This policy explains what TemperMap collects, why, and how it's protected. It's written in plain language on purpose — if anything here is unclear, reach out.

What we collect

• Test answers and computed results (temperament scores and blend)
• Account details if you sign up: name, email, encrypted password
• For the partner test, your partner's email address so the pairing can be linked
• Basic usage data to keep the platform working (not sold or shared for advertising)

What we never do

• We never make your individual test results public
• We never sell your data to third parties
• We never store your card details — payments are processed entirely by Paystack

Marketing emails

If you opt in, we may send occasional personality insights, product updates, or promotional content. You can unsubscribe at any time from any marketing email, or from your dashboard — this never affects access to your saved results.

Data security

Passwords are encrypted. Test results are tied to your account and are not publicly accessible by URL or search. We aim to align with standard data privacy and consent practices, including Nigeria's NDPR where applicable.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data or request deletion of your account and associated results at any time by contacting us.

Terms of service

Using TemperMap

You can take the solo or partner test as a guest. Creating an account is required to save results, unlock a paid report, or carry a partner test through to completion. You agree to provide accurate information and to use the platform for personal, non-commercial self-reflection unless otherwise agreed with us directly.

Payments

Each report tier (Solo, Premium Solo, Compatibility, Premium Compatibility) is a single, one-time payment — there is no subscription or recurring billing. All payments are processed securely through Paystack.

Refunds

Because each report is generated and unlocked instantly, refunds are evaluated case by case — contact us if something unlocked incorrectly or didn't match what was described on the pricing page.

Content protection

Test questions are protected against screenshotting and copying. This is intended to protect the integrity of the assessment, not to restrict what you do with your own results — you're free to save, download, and share your unlocked report.
